Hi Irv, I am selling the boat because my youngest son is starting college. He is my most frequent sailing partner. I am sixty-eight, wear trifocals, getting knee surgery next month and do not expect to sail much any more. My vision and physical agility are becoming limited. You don't need to be a jock to sail but you do need to see and to move in and around the boat to rig, trim sails tack, anchor etc. Sail while you can, Jim Morris
