To Monty List Members: I have decided to reduce my sailboat inventory by putting my beloved Monty 15 up for sale. I intend, if necessary, to advertise her more broadly next week, but, as others do, I want to let the Montgomery community and enthusiasts know of her availability before I take that step. I am the original owner of this boat, having driven her from Bob’s shop home to the front range of Colorado in November 2008. I have always kept her hull and decks buffed and her teak oiled. She has always been garaged and is in bristol condition. Ditto the galvanized Pacific trailer w/ tongue extension. I use a Honda 2hp short shaft, and it will be included with the boat if the new owner wishes. The main and jib are in virtually new condition, and she has been sailed gently and exclusively in clear Colorado mountain lakes. My asking price for the package is $11.5k/OBO, or $11.1k/OBO without the Honda outboard.
