When I was considering a M-23 a few years after getting my M-17, I came across a boat on the left coast that the guy was very eager to sell...even to the point of bringing it to Georgia when he visited relatives, and taking the M-17 in trade. I still have the video of it, with the registration numbers somewhere. Some members warned of a ragged out M-23 in Nevada or..??? I wonder if this is it. Harvey/ Ga
