M_Boats: M15 Downhaul

Hello all, The summer has almost passed in Portland OR and so I am planning for the next modification of Peanut and some sailing time! I want to install the Dwyer Downhaul/Main Reefing hook that fits the M15 but I can't find the email that it was mentioned in, on the BB. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it.
