I have been on Fremont Lake with a Nimble 20 several times (sold that boat for a new Montgomery 17 two years ago). They have a nice club house and many friendly sailors. The lake is on the small side and the winds can get fluky. While you're in that part of Wyoming you need to drive up the road and sail on Jackson Lake and Yellowstone Lake. We have been sailing those two lakes for the last eight years. What's with that? While inhabiting the dock at Havasu, I thought I heard someone say something about sailing in Wyoming during August. If it is Fremont Lake near Pinedale, that looks like a mighty fine venue. Anyone willing to divulge more?
