Hello Tod, I use a white gas stove because it sits lower than the propane bottle top stoves. I struggled with ways to keep pots from moving around on it and settled on a pair of metal hooks and a trio of small bungee cords. The hooks hold the pots onto the burner, and a pair of bungee cords holds the stove onto a board fitted to fit snugly on top of an open locker on the cockpit. I've found I almost always need a draft guard up too. Photo attached is an exaggerated roll - there's no way to keep the coffee in the pot if we are bouncing around that much.
