I've used a combination of laquer thinner (like Jerry suggests) and polishing compound (super fine). I dab my terry cloth rag in the laquer thinner and then squirt a little 3M finesse and go very lightly and quickly. Wipe off thoroughly. Did you try laquer thinner?

Do any of your cleaning experts out there have a suggestion for cleaning old, dried teak oil off of gelcoat? I've tried just about every cleaning product and solvent I can think of.
