I hope Scott is making a good living. I'd sure hire him! Not that there is much to add, but there are three essentials for an engine to run. Fuel, spark and air. I've had lawnmowers and leaf blowers that refused to run when the air filter clogged. Isn't there also some warning about laying a 4 stroke engine on it's side? What damage does that cause? Oil running out? Maybe oil is a fourth essential?
