M_Boats: Gel Coat Matching

Hi All, I'll soon begin the task of installing my new swim ladder and adjustable motor mount. I've messed with fiberglass in several projects but never had to match gel coat. I read and re-read Don Casey's book "Hull & Deck Repair" and feel very confident in most any repair of my Monty, except the matching. Any helpful hints? Any ready made solutions?
