M_Boats: M23 Questions

To anyone who has access to the limited fleet of M23's, how much standing headroom is there? Does anyone know what happened to Sea Cutter, the new M23 that was built some 10 years or so ago? I know it was for sale a few years back, but then it dropped out of sight and I've not seen reference to it lately.
