Hi, Chris. I have a new M-15, and through my use of all available time-saving techniques known to me -- keeping the main on the boom, keeping the motor on the mount (okay per Bob Eeg, the builder), keeping the main and jib halyards rigged, etc. -- I've rigged my boat in less than 15 minutes, at times. I try to hustle, and keep track of my time, and enjoy the challenge of rigging her quickly. Admittedly, I've messed up -- catching the side stays, rigging the mainsheet incorrectly -- and have had 25+ minute times, but I'm making fewer errors, now! Sincerely, John Bella (M-15, 628), La Jolla
