Andrei, I think what you are looking for is a "turnbckle body" as it appears that the "Screw" is intact. Your turnbuckle looks like the Ronstan model I had on one of my past boats and I found the Jaw end body at a Marine supply in Dallas. If you don't have a local sailboat chandlrey nearby, you might try online sources like Defender marine, or West Marine. Ron M17 #14 Griselda
