Welcome aboard: The OEM sail shop is Elloitt & Pattison. I would order a new set of sails from them. At least the main. The M-17 doesn't has a kick-up rudder but several owners have modified the original to a kick-up configuration. Guys, if it were me, I would order the rudder from Montgomery Boats. Lyle Hess designed the rudder as a lifting blade and the rudder is very important to how the boat sails. Maybe Jerry will comment but on something that important, I wouldn't compromise.
