My m-15 is a 2007. I will post a picture on the trailor sailor site - you can see that it really fits pretty well for the cost and time. Can't measure my boat, it is in hibernation until spring comes again, I just know cushions were within 1/4 inch of the length of my cockpit which was close enough for me. Foam is probably 2 inches thick - just go to a pool supply place and you can see the type of foam mattresses I am talking about, measure their length and width and sit on one. In season they are probably at Walmart and Target as well, but around me those stores are selling sleds and snowsuits now. There are a few brands and colors - often blue or pink, mine is green - and prices vary from store to store. ________________________________ From: Neil Dorf <ndorf@surfbest.net> To: For and about Montgomery Sailboats <montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Wed, December 2, 2009 10:15:00 PM Subject: Re: M_Boats: Cockpit cushion choices What year was your M15 built? Mine's a Jerry boat. If your's is a Bob boat, I wonder if the lengths are different. The full length of each of my cockpit seats are 68", so 5 feet comes up a little short. One side is 15" at the widest point and the other is 16", so I would need two rafts--but still not that expensive for an interim solution I suppose. How thick is the foam? _______________________________________________ http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/montgomery_boats Remember, there is no privacy on the Internet!
