That Elk Lake M-17 is in superb shape and the owner has gone to some great measures to improve and keep her in well maintained condition. She looks almost new and I fell in love with those portholes or oblong shaped awesome things to look out of. She is a beaut.

I'm about half a day from there in Ashland, also curious who owns that boat...
Doug, you might just want to leave a note on the boat as well...I've done that a few times & it worked.
cheers, John

Saw a beautiful M-17 last night on Elk Lake in Oregon. I live nearby and would love to get in contact with the owner of that boat. I live in Bend and recently purchased a M-15.

Doug- look at the CC above. I have somehow lost the email address to reach out to the Montgomery fleet with questions and responses. I need to know who owns the M-17 docked at Elk Lake, Bend, Oregon. I just saw this beauty last night and since I live in Oregon and just bought a 1980 M-15, I would like to meet the owner and maybe do some sailing on that lake together on our boats. So, please send me the email used by the fleet for basic back and forth on issues, questions, remarks, etc. And thanks so much again for designing such a little gem of a sailing yacht. I am loving mine and plan to move up to a M-17 in the future. Doug Michaels 1980 M-15 Bend, Oregon
