This may or may not help, but for what it's worth, I've put
up a photo of the M-17 masthead that Howard Audsley sent in earlier for a
different purpose. Having never seen an M-15, I don't know if it's
the same.
If so, maybe Jerry could refer to it and see if the forestay is in the
right position (this is how mine is, too). To avoid opening up a
different discussion, the block beneath it is for a spinnaker halyard
that Howard knows is in the wrong location (this is the
"Before" picture, I'm waiting for the "After").
