M_Boats: Loose footed main tack attachement for M15

I've had my new loose footed main for awhile now and finally realized I may have set it up improperly. Should the tack be attached to a slider in the boom track which is then attached to a outhaul block? Or, should the tack be attached directly to the outhaul block? Norm Bundek M15 #172
