Avoid the pitfall that I fell into. Before coating the board and trunk, measure the tolerances between the two. I did not do this. I put 20 mil of Interlux 2000E on the inside of the trunk and on the board, and then coated the board with 3 coats of Interlux VC Performance Epoxy with Teflon. (I had removed the board.) When I checked to see if the board would fit, it did not. I had to sand the high spots on the board and reapply the 2000E with less coats. I haven't tried refitting the board yet. I will before applying the VC on it and inside the board trunk. Bert M 15, Zephyr ************** New MapQuest Local shows what's happening at your destination. Dining, Movies, Events, News & more.
