Hi Jim, We used to own an M15 when we lived in inland San Diego county. Lakes we sailed: Big Bear Lake- good dependable winds, very busy on weekends and holidays. Quiet on weekdays. Two public launch ramps. Our favorite. Dragging boat up the mountain requires patience, but there is plenty of lodging, so stay a while. Skinner Lake, Riverside county. Small, but quiet. No motoring above 5mph. Good ramp. Diamond Valley Lake, Riverside county. New reservoir we did not get to try, but HUGE. Hope this helps. Email off list for any more specific info. Any suggestions for nice lakes in Southern california for sailing a M15. Like to anchor and spent the night aboard.
Jim
