M_Boats: Parts for M-15

I have an 81' M-15 that I purchased about a month ago in MD. I would like to add a bow rail and perhaps a swim ladder. I figured it would be easiest to get the parts from Nor Sea but have not had much luck getting them to respond to emails. My initial email got a very quick response that they will not ship the bow rail. But my subsequent emails asking to pick it up at the factory have not gotten a reply. Are they on vacation for all of August? Any suggestions from other folks? Thanks, Robbin
