Off topic, but your hull # probably is 95, not 950. The 0 probably is the first of two digits that identify the month the hull was laid up. I have a 1976 too, hull # 215, laid up in June 1976. Doing the math, you might ask, did Montgomery build 120 M17s in the first 6 months of 1976? Probably not. In fact, it appears to me that Montgomery went straight from hull # 99 to hull # 200 for regular M17s, and only used a handful of hull #s in the 100s for limited production models like flush decks and tall rigs. -----Original Message----- From: montgomery_boats <montgomery_boats-bounces@mailman.xmission.com> On Behalf Of Gary Froeschner Sent: Wednesday, June 17, 2020 3:44 PM To: David Grah via montgomery_boats <montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com> Subject: M_Boats: Sheaves for masthead. Does anyone know where to find replacement sheaves for the halyards in the masthead on a M17? I can’t seem to find any the right size on line. My boat is a 1976 M17 hull # 950. My mast is 21’-7” long. Gary Froeschner Columbia, MO msogggf@gmail.com Sent from Mail for Windows 10
