No problem Dan, just take your shoes off. As long as it doesn't get over the cockpit seats you should be ok. Seriously, it's not a problem, just make sure the scupper is clean so it drains properly. What size wooden plugs are used to stop water entering the M-15 when under way. Took the M-15 #478 for my first sail on Big Bear Lake last weekend. Quite a bit of water accumulated on the cockpit sole, particularly when heeled over on either tack. Dan
