I have an M15 that came with a genoa and a T-track set atop the toe rail. The genoa sheets run aft through a block on the T rack but there isn’t a handy place to cleat it off. I was thinking about mounting a simple clam<http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=25057&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&storeId=11151&storeNum=10102&subdeptNum=10191&classNum=10239> cleat (maybe with a fairlead - if it would hold he strain when released) on a woodblocks and bolting it to the track about 2/3s aft to secure the sheet. I'd like something I can secure and release quickly (kind of tippy moving over to the lee side) , yet doesn’t cost a fortune. What seems to be ideal would be a cam cleat up on the combing, but I can't figure how to get in inside to back it. Any thoughts? John, Salem Oregon Slip Knot
