M_Boats: What is my headsail?

We've come to question what this headsail is; we've found no markings on it, but it does not go all the way up to the masthead. It also goes a bit behind the mast but not a lot. Do you have any thoughts? I saw mention somewhere that many M17s are sailed with 150 genoas; would that be recommended for inland fresh water with lighter wind? Our mainsail looks fairly new and has a PS logo on it;. Any thoughts on the manufacturer? Thank you! -Gerry
