"Audasea", a 1978 galley model doesn't leak either. A 3/8" braided pendant in a 3/8" hole. For those new to the boat, here is the way the CB trunk looks......on my boat anyway: http://www.msog.org/models/m17/m-17-cb.cfm And a picture of the CB trunk and winch to lift it, from inside the cabin: http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n165/haudsley/P4150017.jpg A lot of other stuff in that picture. You can just barely see the balsa core under the cockpit sole, and behind that, where the water tank used to sit when it had one. I hear it was a 3 gallon tank. Simple......it's that colour. Or.......you might have an intact liner that fits tight to your line. There was the remnants of a UHMW liner when I got the boat...long gone now.
