John, Boy, did you ever luck out getting that Honda 2 HP. I have one too, on my M15 and it's a jewel. Always runs; no quirks; no peeves; no sulking. It's just a happy motor, as others on the list will confirm. At that price it was a steal! I don't know what Harken cam cleats you are going to install, but probably anything is better than the jam cleats that came with the boat. The first thing I did was change out the jib sheet jam cleats for cam cleats. When I get hit by a gust, I want instant release of the jib sheet, not a fight to try and get it out of the jam cleat. It's been a complete success. Was your Reacher/Drifter for any particular boat or did you just go by dimensions?
