Hi Rick, Tiller Lock Box. As I recall - and the boat is still under it's winter cover so I can't check easily - I drilled a drain hole in the bottom of the TLB for water drainage. I wouldn't bother with a second TLB on the starboard side, because if I ever wanted to heave to I could tie off the tiller using a bit of line............ Works just as well and is the cheaper, less labor intensive solution. Connie
