I use a 2 seat Sevylor Tahiti. Easy to pump up and deflate to store while underway. Carries 2 large men easily. Tracks OK for trips from boat to shore and back. Price was right for something used as an occasional dinghy. On 8/3/10, Andrei Caldararu <andreic@math.wisc.edu> wrote:
Hi all,
last year when I went to the Apostle Islands I towed a hard-shell, sit on top kayak behind my M-17, and used it to explore around the islands (and I could've used it as a dinghy to go to shore if I wanted to). This year I may take my son with me, so I need something which seats two. I was looking at inflatable kayaks, like the Sea Eagle 330. Does anyone have experience with inflatable kayaks, how well they tow, and recommendations for which one to buy?
Thanks,
Andrei.
