Centerboard winch

Has anyone come up with a good way to realign the centerboard winch on the older model M17's? I'm tired of fighting the pennant's tendency to overlap due to the incorrect mounting angle. It needs tilted up about 1/4" when measured at the lower edge of the winch. A shim of some sort would be the ticket, but I can't add too much thickness to the mount to keep the pennant straight below the winch. Larry M17 CornDog

I am looking for a Montgomery Dinghy, preferably with trailer and on the West Coast. If you have one that you want to sell, or know of one, please let me know. If there’s a great deal on a M15, I might also be interested in that. I did see the ad that Charlie mentioned yesterday, but Florida is a bit too far. Steve
