Marc Durand was the manager for both MWH and The Box (and Bundock). Jean-Marc Pisapia (lead singer for The Box) was, for a very short time, part of an early (pre-Modern Dancing) version of MWH.

You'd have to judge for yourself. Claude Gregoire would know more about that.

The Box were indeed (like many other bands of that era) very influenced by MWH.
