Hi guys, I'm nearly finished a new compilation of MWH videos. Digital technology has allowed me to improve the quality of the previous collection by a fair amount. (By quite a bit in some cases) Also, I've added almost an hour of additional material. But I'm not done yet. I'm missing the video for Chain Reaction. If any one has a clean copy (doesn't have to be perfect) I will trade my restored compilation for it. Similarly, for "Open Your Eyes". My copy is good but has over 1 second of dropouts. It goes without saying that if anyone has Freeways or 1972 (rumoured to exist) please get in touch with me! I've had a chat with Stefan about the videos and he says that MWH videos will probably never be released on VHS or DVD. Hassles with the labels make it impractical. So I'm doing this to get us through then next 5, 10 (who knows 20) years until a professionally produced video compilation IS practical. The following is a list of the material I have and the current state it's in. If anyone has something in better shape I will accept that for trade too. MWH music videos (in all cases the sound is excellent, from CD) ---------------- Safety Dance Very good (1st generation from broadcast) I Like Very Good (2nd generation) Where Do The Boys Go Excellent (2nd Generation) Pop Goes The World Excellent (2nd Generation) Moonbeam Fair (3nd generation) In The 21st Century Excellent (1st Generation from broadcast) Hey Men Very Good (1st Generation from broadcast)(first 5 seconds beyond repair) Sideways Excellent (2nd Generation) Open Your Eyes Good (1st Generation from broadcast)(various sections beyond repair) Superbadgirls Excellent (1st Generation from broadcast) Various Interviews ------------------ Record Guide Poor Fax (Musique Plus) Good Rock N' Talk Fair Off The Record Very Good Real Life Very Good (audio levels on Open Your Eyes reset properly) PGTW lip-synched on TV ---------------------- Top Of The Pops Fair Solid Gold Fair Ultimately, this compilation has been worked on to impress even non-MWH (friends, family, neighbours) as you crank your home theatre and freak out their senses! So let's get this done people!
