I have the CDs, and can scan the inserts to png's and send them to you if that would help.  This is what I have:

- BBC Rock Hour
- Freeways Live 1985
- Folk of the 80's - Freeways
- Rhythm of Youth Demo Tape - Folk of the 80's Rehearsal Tape
