That ramp should be slightly concave to keep the slinky from falling off one end or the other. As it is, somebody must constantly tweak the ramp speed. One of my favorite mechanics questions: How gradually can a slinky descend? --rwg Speaking of mechanics, there's a big diesel van towing a big trailer broken down off the end of our street, emblazoned REYNAGA Diesel Mechanic. He's either waiting for a tow, or someone with a large tarp to hide his sign.
