[math-fun] Muffins
Bill Gasarch (the newest member of math-fun) and his collaborators have written an extremely detailed (though not complete) analysis of Alan Frank's muffin problem: https://arxiv.org/abs/1709.02452 There was lots of traffic regarding the muffin problem back in 2009, which I compiled into a document I call the "Muffin Files" back in 2013, featuring emails from Dan Asimov, Veit Elser, Erich Friedman, Bill Gosper, Stephen Gray, Scott Huddleston, Michael Kleber, Andy Latto, Gareth McCaughan, Victor Miller, David Moulton, James Propp, Michael Reid, Tom Rokicki, Rich Schroeppel, and David Wilson. Would anyone object to me sharing this file with Bill? Thanks, Jim
Presumably, once BG (WG) joins the list, he automatically has access to all archive material anyway. WFL On 4/2/18, James Propp <jamespropp@gmail.com> wrote:

No objection from me (as author of some included piece of email). I presume that the question is not just about sharing with our new member, which is obviously OK, but about material spreading from him to his collaborators and perhaps their omnibus document (that thing is 199 pages long!!)? Either is fine with me, just being clear. --Michael On Mon, Apr 2, 2018 at 12:35 PM, Fred Lunnon <fred.lunnon@gmail.com> wrote:
