For a number of years I've been creating mathematical tee-shirts and selling them at cost. My latest effort of this sort is now available, for roughly $13.50 per shirt plus postage. (I won't know the price per shirt until I know the number of shirts that are ordered, since there are some fixed costs that don't depend on the number of shirts and will be distributed equally among all buyers.) This shirt represents work done during the past two years by participants in R.E.A.C.H. (Research Experiences in Algebraic Combinatorics at Harvard). The students did most of the work on the design of the shirt, and are still tweaking the details, but you can get a good idea of what the shirts will look like by going to http://www.math.wisc.edu/~propp/reach/newshirt.html Shirts will be white, and available in sizes S, M, L, X, and X-squared. If you're interested in ordering a shirt, please place your order with REACH-member Gabriel Carroll (gcarroll@fas.harvard.edu). Gabriel can also answer any questions you may have. (Don't reply to me, as I'll be incommunicado until June.) Be sure to include the address you want the shirts sent to. We'll continue to take orders throughout the summer, but we may run out of supplies. We'll be placing the order with the printer on or shortly after June 1. So, to make sure you get all the shirts you want, please send in your order by MAY 31. Jim Propp
