IQ is bogus

--if you read the alleged "greatest papers about IQ" by psychologists (or even worse, papers not claimed to be the greatest ever!) you will quickly realize that the entire psychology field is filled with utter scientific incompetents and frauds. Also the AI area has been a notorious font of baloney. They are perhaps not as bad as the psychologists. But they've set an unenviable record. However... what you want, to un-bogusize the area, as step 1, is a mathematical definition of "intelligence." I made one. It is in paper #93 here http://rangevoting.org/WarrenSmithPages/homepage/works.html It turned out, however, that Marcus Hutter independently invented basically the same idea, and a few years earlier than I did it. (My paper compares our two.) Needless to say, the psychology and AI guys paid no attention to either of us that I noticed. But this paper must be the starting point upon which genuine AI must build, if it ever wants to enter the realm of science.
