In Mathworld's Holyhedron article, Vinson's holyhedron is stated to have around 54,000,000 faces. I believe this would have been an early estimate. The exact number is apparently 78,585,627 faces according to http://www.maa.org/mathland/mathtrek_6_19_00.html, which was apparently taken from Vinson's preprint, according to the references. I also found a claim of a 492-face holyhedron at http://www.plunk.org/~hatch/Holyhedron/. This should be much more easily verifiable than Vinson's monster. - David W.
