Didn't Bach do a tune based on the notes B-A-C-H ? Is it a different tune if you use a base-12 encoding? Given that copyright term is now based on how long you live, I wonder what they do about copyrights owned by frozen heads ? What about copyrighting all of Sloane's tuneful sequences ?
