I made a proposal for a StackExchange (like MathExchange, StackOverflow, MathOverflow) specifically geared at computer algebra and symbolic computation. If it gets enough followers, then it can become an actual Q&A site.

It will not be intended for software support. Rather, it's for the theory and practice of computer algebra and symbolic computation.
