I've hired about a half-dozen secretaries and here are some real-world criteria:
1. Never hire a secretary prettier than you wife (don't ask me how I know this).
2. Hire a secretary who has raised children - she'll be able to deal with anything.
3. Don't hire a secretary who is in the Marine reserves.
