Hi Jim, Several years ago, there was a group at Harvard called Philomorphs, open to the public. They were started by a well known (to others) professor of design, but I don’t remember his name. They had been going for several years before I found out about them and began going to all the meetings I could. They met monthly during the academic year, in the Carpenter Center building between Quincy and Prescott streets. They had many very interesting speakers, on all sorts of math, geometry, puzzles, art, science, etc. The professor got old and maybe died. A couple of different guys tried to keep the group going, but it fizzled out, I think in the late 1990s. Maybe this is what you are thinking of? — Mike

Does anyone know anything about this group?
Does it still exist?
I may have the name slightly wrong.
