[math-fun] math in Word

Here's a math non-fun question (but I'm not sure whom to ask, so I'm asking y'all): Is there a way to do half-decent-looking integrals and summations in Word? I'd like to get things to look like / 1 \ f(x) dx / 0 and -- 100 \ / n(n+1) -- n=1 as opposed to / 1 \ f(x) dx / 0 and -- 100 \ / n(n+1) -- n=1 A quick Google search didn't turn up anything helpful.
