One reader of last month's essay suggested that I create hyperlinks from the main text to the Endnotes. Great suggestion! (I plan to implement it between now and Sunday.) More suggestions of this kind would be welcome, along with comments on the substance of the article, stylistic suggestions, typographical corrections, etc.
