I've seen a list of the talks, which includes such intriguing titles as "The world's hardest elementary domino tiling problems" and "k-potent Groebner basis computations for Sudoku".
MoMath hopes to hold this conference ever two years, so even though it's too late to submit a paper for MOVES 2013, there's plenty of time to start thinking about MOVES 2015!
