I am pleased to announce that the new book "Mathematics by Experiment: Plausible Reasoning in the 21st Century" by Jonathan Borwein and myself is now available, either from the publisher (www.akpeters.com) or from www.amazon.com. A second volume, "Experimentation in Mathematics: Computational Paths to Discovery", will be out in February. Both volumes provides lots of examples of computational mathematics in action: discovering new formulas, using graphics, Mathematica, Maple, etc. If you would like to get a taste of these books, a *free* condensed version is available at: http://www.expmath.info.
