That's roughly equivalent to what I noticed long ago, that the number of seconds in a year is almost exactly equal to 10^7.5. Oh please! It ought to be Pi*10^7 :
365*24*3600/(10^7.5) == 0.997255882910700
365*24*3600/(Pi*10^7) == 1.00382205706920
... even though the relative error using Pi*10^7 is slightly worse.
