It happened before with Apple, they had a number of contests and some people remarked that the exclusion of Québec all the time because of that. ... In my opinion, this is (the nasa longeron problem), a publicity stunt, they are well aware of any solution, come on, this is P.R. only , just to prepare the contest itself is way up more expensive, plus all the publicity, etc. Just the poster, the preparation , the printing, all the other costs, is probably much more than 30000 $. That contest is a marketing study (in disguise), like all the contest everywhere in case you may not know. They want your name and location, your interest, your data, that's it.
