Good article, good topic. I enjoyed your seat adjustment example, which was both very relatable and quite surprising...not something I've heard mentioned before. We are developing a full online course on systems thinking to be released this fall — it's especially topical now because systems thinking is essential for dealing with both COVID 19 and racism.
