[math-fun] Suggestion for Mathworld

Eric once gave me the address for Mathworld suggestions/submissions but I have lost it. :-( Anyway, I wanted to suggest Voderberg Tile and Voderberg Spiral be added to Mathworld. The Wolfram site itself has examples.
