The smallest angle of a 3-4-5 triangle is 36.87 degrees = atan(3/4).
From practical point of view, without a calculator, I would use arcsin(0.6) that is approximately 0.6. Then, to find the angle in degrees, one has to multiply that by 180/pi that is approximately 180/3=60. So the answer is 0.6*60=36 degrees.
